TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment and participation of students in courses, programs, and services offered by Unique World Education (“the Institute”). By enrolling in any course, students and their parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Admission and Enrollment

2.1 Admission to any course is subject to seat availability and successful completion of the registration process.

2.2 Students must provide accurate personal, academic, and contact information during registration.

2.3 The Institute reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

2.4 Enrollment is confirmed only upon payment of the applicable registration fee and/or course fee.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 All fees must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated by the Institute.

3.2 Registration fees, admission fees, and administrative charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3.3 Students enrolled under installment plans must ensure timely payment of all installments.

3.4 The Institute reserves the right to suspend access to classes, examinations, study materials, or services in the event of overdue payments.

3.5 Course fees are subject to revision at the discretion of the Institute. Any revision shall not affect fees already paid for the current enrolled program.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Requests for cancellation or withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Institute.

4.2 Registration fees and administrative charges are non-refundable.

4.3 No refunds shall be provided for classes already attended, study materials issued, or services already utilized.

4.4 Any approved refund shall be processed according to the Institute’s refund policy and may be subject to administrative deductions.

4.5 The Institute reserves the right to cancel a course or batch due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an appropriate alternative or refund may be offered.

5. Attendance and Punctuality

5.1 Students are expected to attend all classes regularly and arrive on time.

5.2 Repeated absenteeism, late attendance, or lack of participation may affect academic performance and progress monitoring.

5.3 Missed classes will not automatically qualify for replacement sessions, makeup classes, or fee adjustments unless approved by the Institute.

6. Academic Performance

6.1 The Institute provides educational guidance, coaching, assessments, and academic support.

6.2 The Institute does not guarantee admission to any educational institution, examination rank, score, scholarship, or academic outcome.

6.3 Student success depends on individual effort, attendance, preparation, and commitment.

7. Study Materials and Intellectual Property

7.1 All notes, worksheets, question banks, presentations, recordings, and study materials provided by the Institute remain the intellectual property of Unique World Education.

7.2 Students shall not reproduce, distribute, publish, share, upload, sell, or commercially exploit any study materials without prior written permission.

7.3 Unauthorized sharing of study materials may result in disciplinary action and termination of enrollment.

8. Online Learning Policy

8.1 Students attending online classes are responsible for maintaining suitable devices, software, and internet connectivity.

8.2 Recording, reproducing, or sharing online classes without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

8.3 The Institute shall not be held responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

9. Student Conduct

9.1 Students must maintain respectful behavior toward faculty members, staff, and fellow students at all times.

9.2 Any form of bullying, harassment, discrimination, misconduct, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

9.3 The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for serious misconduct without refund.

9.4 Students shall be responsible for any damage caused to Institute property and may be required to compensate for repairs or replacement.

10. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

10.1 Parents/guardians are encouraged to monitor student attendance, academic progress, and communication from the Institute.

10.2 Parents/guardians must ensure that emergency contact information remains accurate and up to date.

10.3 Parents/guardians shall cooperate with the Institute in maintaining a positive learning environment.

11. Photography and Promotional Use

11.1 The Institute may use photographs, videos, testimonials, academic achievements, competition results, or event participation records of students for educational, promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

11.2 Parents/guardians who do not wish their child to be featured must submit a written request to the Institute.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 The Institute shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto its premises.

12.2 The Institute shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12.3 The Institute’s liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the student for the relevant course.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

13.1 Personal information collected during registration shall be used solely for educational, administrative, communication, and compliance purposes.

13.2 The Institute will take reasonable measures to protect student information and maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Amendments

14.1 The Institute reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

14.2 Updated Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon publication or notification through official communication channels.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

15.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

By completing enrollment and/or making payment for any course offered by Unique World Education, the student and parent/guardian acknowledge acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
