VIT invites applications for (VITEEE) 2022: Find the procedures and eligibility criteria here
The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has opened the application and registration process for VIT Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE) 2022. Those aspiring candidates who want to apply for the entrance examination can register themselves at viteee.vit.ac.in.
Those aspiring candidates who are planning to apply for undergraduate engineering admission at VIT in 2022 should have attained a minimum aggregate of 60 percent in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics /Biology in the class 12 board examination.
Application steps & procedure for VITEEE 2022
Step 1: Visit the official website of VITEEE – viteee.vit.ac.in.
Step 2: Finish the registration process of VITEEE 2022.
Step 3: Login/ Signup and fill in the required details in the application form.
Step 4: Upload all the required documents and finish the payment of the application fee.
Step 5: Preview all the entered details and submit the VITEEE application form.
The candidates belonging to the following categories, who are applying for the undergraduate engineering admission in 2022 should have attained a minimum aggregate for 50 percent in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics/Biology in the 12th board examinations.
Categories
i) Candidates belonging to SC/ST
ii) Candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura.
Those candidates should submit Certificates to prove community/nativity during the time of counseling, if they fail to present the certificates then they will not be considered eligible for admission.
The candidates who get qualified in VITEEE 2022 can be a part of the counseling process. The counseling process will be carried out based on entrance ranks.
The exam will be conducted in two groups – MPCEA and BPCEA.
The subjects included in the MPCEA group are – Maths (40 questions), Physics (35), Chemistry (35), English (5), Aptitude (10).
The subjects in the BPCEA group are Biology (40), Physics (35), Chemistry (35), English (5), and Aptitude (10).
